1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of BandMaster. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age where you live, and have guardian permission where required.
2. Accounts and beta features
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and report unauthorized access. Some features may be beta, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. Keep independent copies of important recordings, scores, and schedules.
3. Memberships and payments
Free and paid membership features, limits, prices, billing periods, taxes, and trial terms are shown before purchase. Paid memberships renew for the selected period until cancelled. A payment processor handles payment details, and BandMaster does not store full card numbers. You can cancel renewal from Profile → Membership plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: monthly memberships remain active through the current monthly billing period, and annual memberships through the current annual billing period. Your membership then switches to Free and its limits apply. Cancellation does not immediately end your paid access or automatically refund the current period, except where required by law. Deleting the app, leaving a workspace, or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel an active paid membership. Refund rights follow the offer shown at purchase and applicable law.
4. User content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give BandMaster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create feature-requested outputs from that content, and to allow service providers to do so, only as needed to provide, secure, and support BandMaster. The licence lasts while the content is stored and for necessary legal, backup, and deletion-processing periods.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, perform, and share content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or privacy-invasive material.
5. Collaboration and public sharing
Members and managers may view, change, share, export, or remove content according to their permissions. If you invite someone, use a sharing link, or make a workspace or event public, you authorize that sharing and understand recipients may copy information outside BandMaster.
6. AI features and outputs
When you invoke an AI feature, the content needed for the request may be sent to a third-party AI processing provider. AI and automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass security or access controls, upload malware, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or use BandMaster or its outputs to harm anyone.
8. Third-party services
BandMaster uses third-party services for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, monitoring, and content processing. Those services may have separate terms and may change or become unavailable. Connected or linked content remains subject to its provider's terms, and BandMaster does not grant rights to that content.
BandMaster includes the Pretendard font, distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Copyright notices and the complete license are available in Open Source Licenses.
9. Availability, suspension, and deletion
We may change the service, limits, or pricing prospectively and may suspend activity that is unlawful, abusive, or unsafe. Ordinary content removal hides it from user-facing BandMaster views and may retain an internal archive as described in the Privacy Policy. Account and privacy erasure is a separate process. You may stop using BandMaster at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, BandMaster is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free processing, permanent storage, or perfectly accurate content or schedules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. App marketplace terms
If you download BandMaster from an app marketplace, these Terms are between you and the BandMaster operator, not the marketplace. The marketplace is not responsible for BandMaster support or claims, except where its required terms or applicable law say otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by changing the date above and providing additional notice where required. Questions and legal notices can be sent to support@bandmaster.ai.
